MARK R. MILLSTEIN

Mark Robert Millstein was born in 1968 in Washington, D.C., raised in Wheaton, Maryland and graduated from Good Counsel Catholic High School. His education from Georgetown University and the University of Illinois John Marshall School of Law complements his passion for creating legal solutions and solving problems that impact individuals and public health concerns, justice for marginalized communities and recovery for serious injuries including wrongful death.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Mark has been actively engaged with the private practice of law since 1999. He has successfully managed civil litigation, personal injury, product liability, regulatory compliance, employment, and criminal matters. Mark’s skills and competencies include legal research and analysis, litigation strategy, and courtroom advocacy. Mark has a proven track record of obtaining favorable high value outcomes.

Mr. Millstein is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association, American Bar Association, United States District Court and United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. Mr. Millstein has represented and counseled hundreds of individuals and business owners, ensured regular communication regarding file status, engaged in extended litigation from inception through discovery and trial, negotiated countless settlements and achieved favorable judgments through successful trial advocacy.
